Ned Heiskell (CFO/Treasurer)

BIO

Ned Heiskell brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience in community association management, nonprofit governance, and Catholic ministry. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Seabreeze Management Company, where he helps lead operational strategy, organizational growth, and client service initiatives for one of Southern California’s largest community management firms.

Throughout his career, Ned has successfully led organizations through periods of significant growth and transformation. As President of Associa N.N. Jaeschke, he directed a major operational turnaround by strengthening staff development, improving customer service, and implementing strategic operational improvements that resulted in substantial revenue growth, increased profitability, and exceptional client retention. In addition to managing community associations, Ned has also served as a developer of community association projects.

Beyond his professional career, Ned has a deep commitment to serving the Church and the community. He was ordained a Permanent Deacon for the Diocese of San Diego in 2019 and serves at Saint Mark Parish in San Marcos. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego and volunteers as a coach and counselor with Birth Choice in San Marcos, where he supports women and families facing unplanned pregnancies.

Ned holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation from the Community Associations Institute, the highest professional credential in the community association management industry.

Originally from New York City, Ned built his career in Washington, D.C. and Southern California before joining Seabreeze. He and his wife, Kathy, are the proud parents of four adult children and the grandparents of four grandchildren.

Buz & Maureen Kroner

Buz Kroner is a lifelong entrepreneur, husband, father, grandfather, and man of faith whose mission is changing lives—one person at a time. He brings nearly two decades of experience in the restaurant industry, having served as President, CEO, and part-owner of 18 Wendy’s restaurants across South Texas.

Thirty-six years ago, Buz and his wife, Maureen, co-founded NuTeam International Inc., where they continue to serve as President and partners, operating in more than 40 countries. Buz is also President and partner of K&M Properties, owners of Mini-Me Self Storage, which they have operated since 2004.

Buz and Maureen have been married for 52 years and are blessed with two married children and four grandchildren. A lifelong advocate of health and discipline, Buz has been a competitive swimmer for the past 23 years, ranking in the top 10 in the United States, and was recently featured in Men’s Health magazine.

Deeply committed to the sanctity of life, Buz has served on the Lamb of God Maternity Home Advisory Board for the past three years and has been a faithful monthly supporter since 2019. His passion is helping save babies, support mothers, and ensure every child has a future filled with hope.

Buz lives by what he calls his “Five F’s” -his moral compass for life: Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness, and Finance, always in that order. Through business, service, and faith, his purpose remains clear: to leave people better than he found them.

Amanda Esposito

Amanda Esposito is the Founder of Polished Luxury Travel, a luxury travel advisory specializing in thoughtfully curated, personalized journeys around the world. Prior to launching her business, Amanda spent nearly two decades representing some of the world’s finest luxury hotels and resorts, including The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort, The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, and Fairmont Grand Del Mar, where she built lasting relationships throughout the global hospitality industry.

A lifelong advocate for serving others, Amanda and her husband, Alex, have proudly supported The Lamb of God Maternity Home for many years. Her Catholic faith and deep belief in the dignity of every human life inspired her to establish The Trinity Collection, the charitable giving initiative of Polished Luxury Travel, through which every client reservation helps support the Home’s mission of providing love, hope, and comprehensive care to mothers and their babies.

Amanda is honored to serve on the Board of Directors of The Lamb of God Maternity Home. She and her family are active members of their Catholic parish and school community in San Diego, where they are grateful to live, work, and raise their son.
